Shipping
All our products are designed and made in our studio in Amsterdam. Some items are made to order and some are in stock and ready to send. In busy periods production time can take a little bit longer. At the latest, orders will be delivered within 2 – 6 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. In the unlikely event that the time before shipping exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
We can ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. At the time your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Note: International orders outside the EU exclude custom fees and all additional taxes. We can’t be held responsible for any additional taxes.
Pick up in Amsterdam
We offer customers in Amsterdam the option to pick up their orders from our Studio in Amsterdam. At checkout, select the shipping option "FREE PICKUP AT OUR STUDIO". We will email you when the order is ready for pick up.
Return policy
We hope you are happy with everything that you order from us. But if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Please note that items can only be returned if they are unused and where possible in their original packaging.
Please note that some items are not returnable and refundable. These are: custom-made an tailor-made items, they are specially made for you. Also face masks cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
How to return
- Mail to orders@herr.amsterdam your reason for returning the item. Please include your order id or just reply to order confirmation email.
- Pack your garment in its original packaging.

Hand the parcel in at the post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage.
We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we will confirm and refund by the same payment method as your order.
